Mechanism of Action:
Blocks the action of acetylcholine at the parasympathetic sites in bronchial smooth muscle causing bronchodilation.

Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to Atropine or its derivatives.

Adverse reactions:
Ipatropium is poorly absorbed from the lung, so systemic effects are rare.

Cardiac: Hypotension, palpations
Adult Dosage and Administration
0.5mg via Neb, usually mixed neb solution with 2.5mg Albuterol
