Mnemonic for Symptomatic Bradycardia:

All Patients Die Eventually

Atropine

Atropine 1mg IV every 3-5 minutes as needed to a maximum total dose of 3 mg.
May not be responsive on Mobitz type II and wide complex complete heart block (blocks below the AV junction).

Pacing

Transcutaneous Pacing. Start at 80bpm, titrate joule setting until capture.

Dopamine

Dopamine infusion 5 - 20 mcg / kg / min.
or

Epinephrine

Epinephrine infusion 2 - 10 mcg / min which is mixed 1mg 1:1000 in 250 ml of NS which gives 4 mcg/ml COH.
